1. About these terms
These terms apply to all orders placed with Terrace Classics, Unit 7, Kit Bag Works, 42 Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 6AB, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to them.
2. Orders and payment
Placing an order on this website is an offer to buy. No payment is taken on the website. We’ll contact you within 1 working day to confirm availability and arrange payment. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and receive payment. Unpaid orders are released after 48 hours.
3. Products and descriptions
Original vintage shirts are pre-owned and may show signs of age, as described in their condition grade. Colours may vary slightly between screens. “Remake” products are newly-made era-style shirts and are not official club or federation merchandise.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged as shown at checkout. We may correct pricing errors before confirming an order.
5. Delivery
See Shipping & Delivery. Risk passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns
See Returns & Refunds. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Trademarks
Terrace Classics is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any football club, federation or kit manufacturer. Team names are used only to describe products.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price of the products ordered.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
