Delivery times are in working days and start once payment for your order has been arranged and received.
How ordering works
- Place your order online — no payment is taken at checkout.
- We check your shirts and contact you within 1 working day to confirm and arrange payment.
- Once payment is received we dispatch, usually the same or next working day, and email your tracking number.
Customs, duties & taxes
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We always declare the true value on customs forms.
Packaging
Shirts are folded with acid-free tissue and sent in recyclable mailers. Rare and high-value shirts are sent in rigid boxes at no extra cost.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5 working days or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll sort it out with the courier.
